Jennifer Bearden Pidgeon

Overvew

Jennifer received her Juris Doctor from Birmingham School of Law in 2024 and completed undergraduate studies and received an ABA paralegal certification at Samford University in 2014.

 

While attending Birmingham School of Law, she was in the Judge Hugh Locke Honor Society, where she served as Service Arbiter, and was on the AAJ Mock Trial Team.   She was also a recipient of the Alabama Circuit Judges’ Scholarship, and she graduated in 2024 with Honors.    

 

Prior to joining Berryhill & Mitchell in 2025, she worked as a legal assistant/paralegal for over 20 years.  She is experienced in handling cases involving workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, dram shop liability, family law, estates, trucking law, and employment matters.  She has worked on cases representing both plaintiffs and defendants.

Personal

Jennifer graduated from Moody High School, where she was on the basketball team.  She graduated in the top ten of her class and received a full scholarship to play basketball at Southern Union Community College.  Jennifer is married and has two daughters.  She is a member of Church of the Highlands.
